COVID-19 Policy

Firstly, we are not providing home visits for routine health checks. We are only able to provide home visits currently for euthanasias or in cases where your pet may suffer if it is not seen soon and there is good reason for a home visit. 

In addition to this, we are unable to visit your home if:

• You have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or someone in the house has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or is still symptomatic. 

• If you are quarantining due to travel.

Whilst we visit you at home, it is important that we adhere to the following guid lines to keep each other safe:

• Face masks must be worn at all times when indoors. 

• Please at all times follow the vets instructions.   

• The policy will be subject to change as necessary and our vets will use their discretion at times. 

• Please let us know if anyone in the house is classed as clinically vulnerable.
