Out of hours
We recognise that on occasions your pet's health may unexpectedly deteriorate and you find that you need end of life care, out of hours.
Whilst we try to be as flexible as possible with visit times, there will be times that we are not currently able to do. We endeavour to provide home visits during the weekend where we can, but we aren't currently able to offer home visits overnight.
Our current opening hours are between 08:00am - 20:00pm.
What to do if you need help out of hours?
We have a phone line open from 7am-7pm, 7 days per week where you can speak to a vet free of charge. We cannot guarantee an answer on every occasion but we will do our best to answer as many calls as possible. If you do not get through to us straight away, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are concerned that your pet is suffering then it is advisable to contact your registered primary care practice if you are unable to get through to us immediately.
If you do need urgent veterinary care out of hours, then in any case, you should contact your registered primary care veterinary practice in the first instance.
